My skillset is perfect for those seeking a wider range of services for personal or professional growth. I provide solution-based therapy to clients who are experiencing challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship issues.
With a friendly and open-minded approach, my primary focus is on helping you overcome challenges and finding a way forward.
Coaching sessions are offered to individuals who may be "feeling stuck" and need help achieving their goals, have a life changing decision ahead or just want to work on self-discovery
